Maluridae provides a custom quote per project, as each project varies quite a bit in complexity. If you would like a custom quote for your future cover design, please ensure you have the following information ready and include it in the form on the contact page: • Title (and series name if applicable) • Author Name • Blurb • Cover Inspiration - this can be covers from existing books you like, from Maluridae or from anywhere else, or even things that are not covers but inspire you. You can even send a pinterest board if you want! • Size specifications - this means figuring out which self publishing service you will use, such as Amazon or IngramSpark, and checking out their cover calculator pages. You need to choose the width and height, but most importantly you need to make sure you’ve reached a point where you’ve finalised enough editing to know how many total pages your book will have, as this affects the spine width. Therefore it is best to develop ebook covers first and develop the print covers once you know the total number of pages. This information helps determine how complex the cover design will be, and if it needs to be designed to account for a future series.
